Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (GF) – Old Bay & citrus poached shrimp, spicy cocktail sauce, Carolina white sauce, lemon

Sea Island Red Pea Chili – aged Cheddar, ground beef, scallions, sour cream, jalapeños

Braised Short Rib Crostini – toasted baguette, red wine beef jus, tomato ragout, Parmigiano Reggiano, basil

Fried Green Tomatoes (V) – cracker meal, house-made pimento cheese, poblano ranch
