Stoke is Uptown Charlotte’s destination for locally-sourced dishes featuring flavors and traditions of the Piedmont and surrounding regions, paired with craft cocktails and handpicked wines from around the globe. The warmth of wood-fired cooking from the open kitchen is complemented by seasonal ingredients meticulously sourced from Carolina farms and regional partners.

Braised Pork Belly – bourbon gochujang glace, chicharron crumble, seasonal pickled vegetables

Deviled Eggs – smoked trout, trout chicharron, chili crest oil, chives

Pretzel Brioche – house-whipped butter

Braised Lamb Cannelloni – bechamel, lamb jus, frico, chives

Duck Confit – purple sweet potato gnocchi, butter sauce, orange marinated frisee, frico

Seafood Paella – bay scallops, little neck clams, n’duja sausage, garlic and saffron aioli

Dessert

Poached Pear Éclair – white chocolate cremeux, spiced ice cream

Pavlova – orange curd, macerated oranges, chocolate shavings
