STIR features a made-from-scratch menu that celebrates the flavors of Southern cuisine while incorporating global influences. Its signature raw bar is always stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood offerings. STIR also features an extensive beverage program that starts with artisanal ice. The restaurant freezes its own 300-pound blocks of ice that are hand-carved to pair each cut with an expertly crafted cocktail. Its vast selection of spirits and wines features privately selected barrels, draft craft cocktails, barrel-aged cocktails, and exclusive bottles of luxury spirits and wines.

Broiled Oysters – (6) lemon, scampi butter, shallots, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese

½ Dozen House Oysters – (6) raw or steamed

Chicken Piccata  – grilled chicken, white wine, butter, capers, farro, roasted vegetables

Steak Frites – marinated hand-cut sirloin, hand-cut fries, house-made steak sauce

Tuna Poke Bowl – citrus soy-marinated tuna, rice cake, sliced kale, sriracha wonton crisps, edamame, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, shaved radish, sesame seeds, tobiko roe, miso vinaigrette, pickled kale
