Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar in Charlotte, NC, is locally owned and operated by Kevin and Dawn Powers. It grew out of a vision for a local establishment that would appeal to all ages as a family-operated business. A place where friends and family can enjoy a great seafood feast, we’re more than just a seafood restaurant, serving up fresh, delicious meals and creative cocktails along with a wide selection of beers in an environment that exudes relaxation. Whether it’s gameday, date night, or a special occasion, Shuckin’ Shack is your spot for an exceptional dining experience in a laid-back, authentic, and genuine coastal-style atmosphere. Offered Monday-Wednesday 4-10 pm; Thursday-Sunday 11 am-10 pm.

First course (choice of one)

Oysters – 6 oysters of your choice, raw or steamed, mix or match from our weekly selection of domestically sourced fresh oysters

Shrimp Scampi Skillet – 8 wild-caught American Gulf shrimp sauteed in our house-made scampi sauce with Parmesan and spices, served with grilled garlic butter French bread points

Fried Pickles – breaded pickle spears, perfectly fried, and served with house-made ranch dressing

Second course (choice of one)

She Crab Soup – a rich and creamy coastal favorite made with sweet crab meat, fresh vegetables, white wine, and Old Bay seasoning, slowly simmered for a savory, comforting finish

House Salad – a mix of mesclun and iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, Monterey Jack cheese, and croutons along with your choice of house salad dressing; ask your server to top your salad with shrimp, chicken, mahi, Ahi tuna, or fried oysters

Third Course (choice of one)

Shrimp & Grits – A southern staple, but with a Shack twist! Two fried grit cakes topped with chorizo and smoked sausage gravy, tomato, green onion, and grilled shrimp

Crab Trap Sandwich – Let the crab shine on this one. Two scratch-made crab cakes dipped in buttermilk and lightly fried to perfection, served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and our Shack Signature Sauce, along with your choice of side

Shrimp or Chicken Alfredo – fettuccine, broccoli, and your choice of shrimp or chicken, tossed in our house-made alfredo sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese, and served with grilled garlic butter French bread points
