Saku specializes in robata grilling, high-quality sushi, Japanese comfort food, craft cocktails, and sake in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. Combining the fresh flavors of the ocean with the traditional robata grilling, our creative culinary team is here to bring you a new dining experience. Our chefs grill over binchotan to maintain juices and flavors, constantly tending the grill to achieve perfection. We draw on the traditions of the past, but our passionate team drives it towards the future. We bring together the food and people of many cultures with one vision of making a truly memorable dining experience.
