We specialize in renovating classic Asian dishes and house scratch-made dim sum and pastries by combining fresh ingredients with advanced recipes and cooking techniques. Along with our relaxed and friendly atmosphere, Open Rice is a unique dining experience that is modernistic while preserving the rich tradition of the Asian culinary world.

Crab Rangoon – delicate crisp wontons filled with imitation crab and cream cheese

Cantonese Dim Sum Duo – handcrafted delicate pork and shrimp Siu Mai, Fried Shrimp Balls, fragrant steamed jasmine rice

Beef Chow Fun – wok-seared wide rice noodles with tender beef, bean sprouts, red onions and scallions

Chicken Bulgogi – marinated chicken stir-fried with vegetables in a rich sweet-savory glaze

Shrimp Fried Rice – fragrant wok-fried rice with shrimp, egg, peas and carrots, onions and scallions

Hong Kong Char Siu – Cantonese-style roasted pork with a signature caramelized glaze

Crispy Spicy Tofu (V) – crispy tofu tossed in a bold spicy glaze, served with fragrant steamed jasmine rice
