Vitello Tonnato – thinly sliced roasted veal loin topped with creamy mayonnaise, tuna and anchovy sauce, and capers

Mozzarella in Carroza – crispy fried mozzarella, served with tomato sauce

Insalata Rossa – orange and red beets, arugula, roasted onions, pine nuts, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette, served warm

Zuppa del Giorno – seasonal house-made soup

Tagliatelle Verdi – ragu rustico with short ribs, pork ribs, and sweet Italian sausage, slow cooked in tomato sauce over fresh spinach pasta

Risotto all’Amarone – slow-cooked Vialone Nano risotto with grilled tomahawk strips and seared scallops

Ravioli al Tartufo Nero – house-made black truffle burrata and ricotta ravioli, with white wine and mixed mushroom sauce

Pesce del Giorno – Chef’s fresh catch of the day

Tiramisu – ladyfingers, espresso, mascarpone cream, and shaved chocolate

Torta di Cioccolato – mousse, ganache, hazelnuts, and crema
