Inspired by classic Italian simplicity and crafted with care, Italo is an intimate pasta house built for gathering. Fresh pasta and focaccia are made by hand daily using Molino Pasini flour imported from Lombardy. Our menu honors the timeless dishes we all grew up with while bringing thoughtful technique and quality ingredients to every plate. Slow down. Pour the wine. Stay awhile.

Antipasti (choice of one)

Prosciutto and Mozzarella – 600-day aged prosciutto, Crave Brothers Farmstead fresh mozzarella, EVOO, aged balsamic, cracked black pepper (GF/optional Vegetarian preparation)

Bruschetta – baccalà mantecato, chive, pickled onions, EVOO, paesano

Salad – Italian greens, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, shaved Grana Padano (GF/V)

Pasta or Secondi (choice of one)

Marsala – pan-roasted chicken breast, porcini rub, wild mushrooms, served with mascarpone polenta (GF)

Piccata – grilled NC trout, capers, lemon, garlic, served with broccolini (GF)

Tagliatelle – ragù bianco Bolognese, Wagyu beef, pancetta, prosciutto, mortadella, pecorino Romano

Radiatore – spicy vodka sauce, whipped ricotta (V)
