We’re a local Charlotte team. We built Half Shell because we wanted a raw bar that felt true. Great oysters from both coasts. Clean seafood. Classic cocktails. A glass of bubbly. We believe great seafood doesn’t need much done to it. It needs to be fresh, handled the right way, and served by people who care. Our promise is simple: we don’t compromise on quality — the product, the technique, the cleanliness, or the way we treat you. 6 Oysters on the Half Shell

Shrimp Cocktail – poached in white wine with zesty house-made cocktail sauce

Chargrilled Oysters – with miso or rosemary-garlic butter

Spicy Little Tails – flash-fried tails with honey-Dijon dip

Crabcake – pan seared, served with seasonal greens

Second course (choice of one)

Lobster Roll – hot or cold with house-made chips or fries

Rainbow Poke Bowl – fresh salmon, tuna, and hamachi over sushi rice with avocado, edamame, and more

Crabcakes – two crab cakes with seasonal greens

Fish and Chips – crispy beer-battered Haddock with fries

Sea Scallops (+$8) – seared with blood orange gastrique
