Starter (choice of one)

Buffalo Bites – turkey meatballs infused with shredded celery & carrots, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese dust, served with ranch

Kale Caesar – Romaine, kale, herb croutons, shaved Parmesan, tossed in Caesar dressing

House Salad (GF) – fresh herb-lettuce mix, shaved red onion, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, Parmesan

Entree (choice of one)

Ribeye – aged hand-cut Angus Beef served with the Chef’s vegetable of the day and crispy potato bravos

Honey-Chipotle Salmon (GF) – grilled salmon with honey-chipotle glaze, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, and grilled asparagus

Pasta Caprese – linguini with fresh basil, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and garlic in a white Zinfandel butter sauce; add choice of veggies, grilled chicken, or blackened shrimp

Blackberry Wine Cake – blackberry wine-infused cake, sweet glaze, blackberry compote
