C&W Steakhouse is an independent fine-dining restaurant in the Ballantyne neighborhood of south Charlotte, North Carolina. We serve USDA Prime beef dry-aged on-site for 28 to 45 days, alongside fresh seafood, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine program. Live jazz is featured at our ticketed Jazz Night events.

Starter (choice of one)

Wedge Salad – iceberg lettuce with crispy prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and Sharon’s blue cheese dressing

Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan, classic house-made Caesar dressing

C&W Papas – assorted mini potatoes, topped with toasted garlic aioli and shaved Parmesan cheese

Brussels Sprouts – sautéed with brown sugar, topped with Parmesan cheese, almonds, and prosciutto

Entrée (choice of one)

Heritage Tomahawk Porkchop – bone-in pork chop encrusted with truffle, black garlic spice, and Parmesan, served with a Colorado green chili sauce

Pollo Limon – pan-seared chicken breast fried with corn flour served with a lemon cream sauce

Shrimp and Grits – shrimp saluted in tasso gravy served over cheesy grit cakes

Blackened Grouper – served with tasso cream sauce

Filet Mignon (+$20) – 8 oz. Prime cut cooked to perfection

New York Strip (+$10) – 14 oz. premium grass-fed Black Angus beef

Dessert (choice of one)

Southern Shortcake Pound Cake – topped with macerated strawberries and creme fraiche
