First course (choice of one)

Roasted Mushrooms (GF, V, VG) – verde chickpea hummus, spiced yogurt, sumac onions

Confit Garlic  (GF, DF) – Calabrian chiles, brown anchovy, herbs

Verde Chickpea (GF, V) – yogurt, charred eggplant, sundried peppers, pine nuts, preserved lemon, EVOO

Second course (choice of one)

Monte Carlo Caesar – preserved lemon, Castelvetrano olives, charred alliums, Parmesan, sourdough gremolata, cured egg yolks

Local Burrata (GF, V, VG) – Chef’s whim

Roasted Carrots  (GF, V, VG) – maple glaze, pistachio dukka, tahini

Charred Broccoli – pine nut romesco, lemon, aleppo pepper

Third course (choice of one)

Wagyu Flank Steak  (GF) – crispy fingerling potatoes, salsa verde

Rigatoni – Calabrian chili, tomato sugo, merguez sausage, pecorino

Skate Wing (GF) – chickpea dusted, jowl bacon, caper beurre blanc

Spaghetti-o alla Nerano  (V) – local summer squash, pecorino
