Solterito Salad (V) – Peruvian chopped salad with Romaine, sweet corn, edamame, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, queso fresco, avocado, red pepper, and cilantro
Cilantro Chicken & Rice Soup (GF) – rich, house-made chicken stock with pulled Peruvian roast chicken and jasmine rice

Lechón Asado (GF) – roast pork marinated with our house mojo for 24 hours and slow-roasted for 10 hours, served with rice, beans, sautéed onions and boiled yuca
Vaca Frita – braised shredded beef crisped with garlic, onions and fresh lime, served with rice, beans, sauteed onions, and boiled yuca
Bacano Bowl – grilled Peruvian chicken breast over jasmine rice with sautéed choclo-corn, edamame, sweet potatoes, bacon, onions, peppers, mojo butter, cilantro and salsa verde (try it with salmon, +$5)
Cuban Fried Rice – roasted lechon, bacon, caramelized pineapple, plantains, onions, red peppers, scallions, garlic, egg, and dark soy; stir-fried with jasmine rice and finished with toasted sesame seeds and Yuma Yuma sauce
Pescado a lo Macho (GF) – our take on a classic: market catch served with a slightly spicy tomato and aji amarillo chili sauce, served with jasmine rice and a microgreen salad
Lentil Cazuela (V) – hearty lentil stew with jasmine rice, a fried egg, avocado and sweet plantains; add chicharrón for $5
Ropa Vieja Short Rib (+$10) (GF) – braised in a tomato broth with peppers, onions & garlic, finished with a olive-caper gremolata and served over rice
