Bringing the best of Italy to Charlotte, Aria captures the flavors of Tuscany, serving Old World comfort food reimagined in a modern Italian setting. Owner Pierre Bader, Operations Manager & Beverage Director Briana Cohen, and Executive Chef Alex Piatt work together to bring you a taste of the seasons, creating a regional menu focused on local ingredients, handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, braised meats, and fresh seafood. Aria also offers handcrafted cocktails, as well as a well-curated wine list, draft and bottled beers. Complimentary valet parking is available Friday and Saturday beginning at 6 PM on College Street. Parking may be validated for the Bank of America Corporate Center parking garage located at 100 N. College Street. Our front door is located on Trade Street between College and Tryon Streets, directly across from the Omni Hotel. We also have an entrance inside Founders Hall on the main level for your convenience.

Tomato-Braised Meatballs – pecorino, fresh herbs

Caramelized Gnocchi – Prosciutto di Parma, shaved pear, Gorgonzola crema, truffle oil (may be prepared Vegetarian)

Siano Burrata (GF) – heirloom tomatoes, grilled local peaches, basil pesto, EVOO, pickled shallots

Aria Caesar Salad (GF) – baby kale, Napa cabbage, Parmigiano, red onion, creamy Parmesan dressing, white anchovies (add shrimp OR chicken for $9)

Braised Lamb Shank (GF) – risotto alla Nerano, local zucchini, Parmigiano

Crispy Chicken Parmigiana – Bell + Evans airline chicken breast, marinara, fresh mozzarella, casarecce pasta, pecorino, fresh herbs

Pan-Roasted NC Trout (GF) – Brussels sprouts, pancetta, mascarpone polenta, salsa verde

Lumache – whey-braised pork ragout, shiitake mushrooms, dandelion greens, pecorino

Carbonara Roman-Style – house-made spaghetti, grated Pecorino Romano, crisp guanciale (add shrimp, chicken, OR meatballs for $9)
