State of Confusion is an authentic, lively, and eclectic concept featuring dishes from Latin America, New Orleans, and the Low Country region of the United States. State of Confusion serves up a fusion of made-from-scratch food, such as ceviche, wood-fired meats, sandwiches, and seafood boils. State of Confusion offers a robust bar menu featuring fresh agua frescas, ice-cold beer, and cocktails like mojitos, margaritas, and hurricanes on draft. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner, and brunch, with takeout available. Multiple indoor and outdoor hangout areas offer guests and groups a variety of options for dining in and special events.

Ceviche Tostadas – house-made blue corn tostadas, guacamole, shrimp & mango ceviche, pickled red onion, kiwichi, lime
