Our journey began with a heartfelt inspiration drawn from the vibrant city of Cartagena, Colombia. Every dish we create is a tribute to its rich culture, mesmerizing colors, and captivating history. With each bite, you’ll taste the authentic flavors of Cartagena, lovingly prepared using traditional recipes and ingredients handed down through generations. Our mission is to transport you to the streets of this enchanting city, where the aroma of freshly cooked arepas and the rhythm of salsa music fill the air.

Starter (choice of one)

Empanada – shredded chicken, ají criollo

Ceviche – fish and shrimp, maracuya leche de tigre, red onion, plantain chips

Mini Arepas (V) – ají amarillo hummus, paprika

Tuna Crudo (+$5) – ají amarillo leche de tigre, chili oil, blood orange segments

Entrée (choice of one)

Chuleta de Cerdo – bone-in pork chop, lulo gastrique, arroz meloso

The Crown Burger – Akaushi grade patty, house remoulade, Gruyère cheese, served with fries

Arroz Frito – chicharrón, ginger-soy sauce, sweet plantain, bean sprouts, veggies, sunnyside-up egg

Baru Roll – shrimp tempura, seared salmon, cream cheese, maduro, passion fruit

Encocado (V) – tofu & cauliflower, encocado, rice

Flank Steak (+$10) – parsnip puree, panela jus
