Mini Jalea – seafood medley battered in tempura and deep-fried, topped with tartar sauce and relish of onion
Grilled Shrimp – grilled shrimp skewers in Peruvian dry rub

Lomo Saltado – steak stir-fried with onions and tomatoes in our house sauce, served with crispy fries and jasmine rice
Pollo Saltado – chicken stir-fried with onions and tomatoes in our house sauce, served with crispy fries and jasmine rice
Chicken Chaufa – vegetables and egg fried rice with Peruvian spices and pan-seared chicken

Alfajores – crumbly shortbread-like biscuits filled with rich, creamy dulce de leche caramel and coated in powdered sugar
Chocolate Lava Cake – personal-sized chocolate cake with molten chocolate ganache center paired with ice cream
