| Maddi's Southern Bistro, located inside Maddi's Gallery, is a casual upscale restaurant featuring handcrafted cuisine with a Southern flair. This boutique restaurant features an eclectic menu of fresh, organic produce and locally raised meats. Guests rave about the Low Country Shrimp and Grits, Cheddar and Smoked Gouda Macaroni and Cheese, as well as the Butternut Squash and Granny Smith Apple Soup. The dishes, wine glasses, and table settings are all handmade by American artists, and the Bistro features an ever-changing display of art on the walls. Maddi's has a full bar, a unique wine list, handcrafted cocktails, and Southern microbrews.
