Classic Continental cuisine in a charming, romantic, yet relaxed atmosphere in a historic house in Downtown Pineville. Chef Kyle Burke is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and prepares house-made soups, sauces, & award-winning desserts. Our extensive menu includes such choices as Beef Wellington, Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb, Pasta, Veal and Seafood Specials. We also offer an extensive wine list and full service bar to enhance your dining experience. Maestro's is conveniently located only two minutes from Carolina Place Mall (from Carolina Place Mall, go south on Highway 51 and cross over Polk Street. Highway 51 South turns into Main Street in historic downtown Pineville. Pineville Police Station will be to your right. Take a left at the light onto Johnston Drive. Maestro's is on the left side of the street).

Wild Mushroom Soup - a Maestro's specialty: a blend of roasted wild mushrooms and fresh herbs in a savory cream
Spring Green Salad - with strawberry vinaigrette topped with spiced almond slivers
Zucchini Fritti - fried zucchini rounds with a horseradish dipping sauce
Cajun Shrimp - Cajun spiced fried shrimp with a Tabasco aioli dipping sauce
Crab, Corn and Bacon Chowder - crab & bacon in a sweet creamed corn based chowder

Carolina Red Grouper with Citrus Butter - pan seared red grouper topped with citrus butter
Filet Mignon with Crab Fondue - filet mignon served over crab & Boursin cheese fondue
Peach Barbequed Pork Strip Loin - grilled pork strip loin steak with a peach barbeque sauce
Spinach Ravioli - ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese & spinach served with a spinach alfredo sauce & roasted tomatoes
Coconut Chicken - coconut encrusted chicken breast with a mango rum sauce
